It is aware of each sparrow that falls…
Introduction to Seth’s lecture on God
Imagine a world where our senses are our guides, and we perceive reality through space, time, and form. But what if reality doesn’t follow a straight line? What if existence is a constant, ever-growing awareness—a consciousness that brings everything into being and is constantly being created, encompassing all universes, beings, and possibilities within itself?

In this lecture, Seth invites us to rethink the traditional idea of God as a separate, human-like figure. Instead, let’s imagine an infinite, multidimensional consciousness—not separate from us but at the very center of our being. This “psychic pyramid of interconnected, ever-expanding consciousness” is both the source of creation and the creation itself, giving rise to universes and individual selves while remaining whole and complete.
This reality is where paradoxes disappear. Here, God isn’t an entity watching from above but the very essence of all that exists—the core of every cell, the intelligence behind every thought, and the presence within every moment. It’s both incredibly vast and deeply personal, aware of all things because it is all things. As Seth says, “It is indeed aware of each sparrow that falls, for it is each sparrow that falls.”
This concept is hard to wrap our heads around. It challenges us to think beyond the limits of language and logic, to see existence as a vast, living whole of awareness, creativity, and being. As we listen to Seth’s words, let’s stay open—not trying to define or limit this truth, but allowing ourselves to experience even the tiniest glimpse of its profound reality.
Seth’s lecture on God (again)
Quotes composed by Rick Boyd
Seth: “If you will remember what I have said about the way in which the universe expands, that has nothing to do with space, then you may perhaps perceive, though dimly, the existence of a psychic pyramid of interrelated, ever-expanding consciousness that creates simultaneously and instantaneously universes and individuals that are given, through the gifts of personal perspectives, duration, intelligence, psychic comprehension, and eternal validity. It is this that your God concept hints at.
Now, this absolute, ever-expanding, instantaneous psychic gestalt, which you may call God, if you prefer, is so secure in its existence now that it can constantly break itself down and rebuild itself.
Its energy is so unbelievable that it does, indeed, form all universes. And, because its energy is within and behind all universes and all planes and all fields, it is indeed aware of each sparrow that falls, for it is each sparrow that falls…”

“…If you prefer to call this supreme and absolute psychic gestalt God, then you must not attempt to objectify him in terms of material, for he is the nuclei of your cells and more intimate than your breath.
I know this much and no more. He is not human. He is not “he”, if you are thinking in terms of sex. Nor is he “she”. Such separations and designations are merely arbitrary in your field. He is individual in the term that many energies are focused into one. And, indeed, there is one infinite personality. But, it is a gestalt.”
