Before delving into Seth’s message about Reality Creation, I would like to provide some preliminary explanations.

Introduction

In our daily lives, there are methods at play that we may not fully comprehend, through which we give vitality and strength to our bodies. We also have the power to send forth our image into the universe and shape the organisms within us and those we perceive outside of ourselves.

The purpose of this article is to shed light on these methods and encourage a conscious understanding and utilization of them. By delving into the heart of perception, we will come to realize that our hopes exist not only in the present but also in the past and future. Furthermore, we will recognize that we, both individually and collectively, play an active role in forming the universe as we know it.

Creating Reality from the Focal Point of the Present

At this very moment, we exist as focal points of consciousness, actively participating in the creation of our reality. Just as we are not done and finished beings, our reality is not fixed or complete. It is an ongoing process that extends beyond the confines of our immediate surroundings.

Our perception of the room, the furniture, the time, and the setting in which we find ourselves is a result of our collective and individual creation.

En Masse and Individual Creation

We must acknowledge the power we hold as both individuals and as a collective. Our thoughts, intentions, and actions have a direct impact on the world around us. Every living being contributes to the formation of the universe, shaping the reality we all experience. It is important to recognize that our reality extends far beyond what may appear to us in any given moment. Our understanding of reality is limited by the filters of our senses and the beliefs we hold. However, within us lies the knowledge and awareness of our true creative potential.

Listening to the Inner Voice

Often, we dismiss profound ideas as esoteric or mysterious, distancing ourselves from their relevance. Yet, the truth is that the knowledge we seek is as intimate to us as our own breath. If we take a moment to truly feel our breath and let go of the barriers we have constructed between our intellect and the rest of our being, we can tap into the wisdom that resides within us. This inner voice speaks to us, guiding us towards a deeper understanding of our reality and our role in shaping it.

Reality Creation, a Seth session

Seth: There are methods that you barely understand by which you give your bodies vitality and strength. There are ways and methods by which you daily send forth your image out into the universe. There are ways and methods by which you form each organism within you and those organisms that you perceive as outside of you. Hopefully you will reclaim these methods consciously and use them. This is the endeavor that we are presently engaged in. It will lead us into the heart of perception as you understand it and as you do not, as yet, understand it.

It will lead you into the understanding that your hopes, as you think of them in the present, exist not only in what you think of as the present, but in the past and future as well. That you form the universe as you know it en masse and individually from the focal point of this moment, from the focus of this moment that all of your selves exist now and are not done and finished anymore than you are done and finished.

(Very loudly) And anymore than I am done and finished. Anymore than my reality is no more than it appears to you in this room, for your reality is far more than it seems to be to you as you sit within this room.

En masse and individually, as you know, you form the room, the furniture, the time, the setting in which it now seems to you, you exist. It seems to you that there is no other existence for you personally but this room and this time and this moment and yet, of course, you create it. You create the selves, who in turn create the images that you know. Within you this knowledge is apparent and speaks to you if you would listen.

You think that there is something very esoteric, mysterious and strange often in what I say and there is not. What I say is as intimate to you as your own breath is if you would but feel your breath. If you would but once give up the defenses that you have set between what you think of as your intellect and what you think of as the rest of the self.
