The Yearning for Divine Separation
Imagine a vast, boundless ocean of pure being, full of life potential and possibility. This is All That Is, the source of all existence, according to Seth. Yet, within this seemingly unified whole, a yearning stirs – a desire for something more, something beyond the oneness. The divine paradox was eminent.
This yearning is the spark that ignites Divine Separation. The thoughts of All That Is, like glowing coals from a fire, break away to experience individuality, to create and express themselves in unique and personal ways.
The Purpose and Nature of Divine Separation

But why this separation? Was it simply boredom, a search for novelty? Or was it something deeper, a yearning for self-discovery, a chance to understand the nature of being through the lens of individual experience?
This is where the story of Vincent van Gogh, the Dutch post-impressionist painter, becomes so poignant. Separated from mainstream society, misunderstood and often troubled, van Gogh poured his unique perspective onto the canvas. His spinning brushstrokes and vibrant colors not only expressed his own emotions but also challenged the artistic norms of his time.
In van Gogh’s art, we see the essence of Divine Separation at play. He, a seemingly separate thought from the boundless whole, created something entirely new, something that enriched the world in a way that All That Is, without that separation, might not have achieved.

Creation Within Creation
But Seth goes beyond individual stories. He delves into the very nature of creation itself. He speaks of creation within creation, where the initial thoughts of All That Is give rise to further creations, like ripples spreading outward from a stone cast into a pond.
The Paradox of Separation
Seth also emphasizes the seemingly paradoxical nature of this separation. He highlights the word seemingly, suggesting that the separation might be an illusion, a veil over a deeper unity. This aligns with various spiritual and philosophical traditions that speak of an underlying oneness despite the appearance of individual entities.
If this is true, then what are the implications? Does it mean that we are all ultimately connected, part of a single, vast consciousness? And if so, how can we cultivate a deeper awareness of this unity in our daily lives? Questions you can explore.
The Loving Intent behind Divine Separation
Finally, Seth reminds us of the loving intent behind Divine Separation. It suggests that the purpose is not isolation, but rather the opportunity for growth, support, and the enrichment of the whole through the expression of individual parts.
This message really speaks to me. It offers a loving perspective on what God might be like, encouraging us to spread love in our daily lives, even when we disagree with others. By being true to ourselves and respecting others, we contribute to the beauty of creation and fulfill the loving intention behind it all.
Embracing the Journey of Divine Separation

Remember, this is just the beginning. It is all about your own reflections, questions, and interpretations. All the power lies within you. Share your questions and thoughts in the comments below. As always, it is highly appreciated.
S884 Unveiling the Divine Paradox
Seth: Yet they (the thoughts of All That Is) had yearned before the beginning (of physical reality) for other experiences, and even for fulfillments of a different nature. They sensed a kind of value fulfillment that required of them the utilization of their OWN creative abilities.
They yearned to create as they had been created, and All That Is, in a kind of divine perplexity, nevertheless realized that this had always been its own intent.
All That Is realized that such a separation would also allow you (the thoughts of All That Is) to bring about a different kind of divine art, in which the creators themselves created, and THEIR creations (thoughts) created, bringing into actuality existences that were possible precisely because there would SEEM to be a difference between the creator and its creations.
All That Is is, therefore, within each smallest portion of consciousness. Yet each smallest portion of consciousness can uniquely create, bring into being, eccentric versions of All That Is, that in certain terms All That Is, without that separation, could not otherwise create.
The loving support, the loving encouragement of the slightest probable consciousness and manifestation—THAT is the intent of All That Is.
